Pizza Movie (2026) Is More Than Just Chaos

Pizza Movie (2026) Is More Than Just Chaos

Oh my gosh Pizza Movie really blew mind! This movie is so funny and real at the same time. When I first saw the trailer for the movie, I was already setting down my expectations for this movie and already preparing myself for a good time but wow this movie surpassed all my expectations. I literally laughed out loud and prayed that the movie would never end. While watching Pizza movie, I was expecting something light like you know, just school vibes, jokes and all but I got a full chaotic experience that turned into a story about life.

The funniest part is the story is about two guys try to get pizza. That's it. That's maybe just the plot. Ok let's break it down. It follows two college friends Jack and Montgomery who take an experimental drug and before you know it, everything goes left. Their minds completely go out of control and they start behaving like people who are extremely high. Reality starts bending, stairways feel like endless mountains. They realise that the only way to get their minds back to reality is to eat a slice of pizza or else they get chainsawed. Now this may actually look like a ten minutes movie, but this movie just instantly turned into a full night adventure. And honestly that's what made it fun.

Gaten Matarazzo. Yes that guy from Stranger Things. And honestly he really carried the movie. He plays Jack as funny, panicked, completely confused, but also weirdly relatable. You can literally feel his stress through the jokes. Sean Giambrone (Montgomery) Him? Chaos. Pure chaos. He’s the type of friend that makes things worse but also makes everything more fun. And the chemistry between him and Gaten? That's what makes the movie pure magic. The reast of the cast include Lulu Wilson who plays Lizzy, Peyton Elizabeth Lee who plays Ashley, Marcus Scribner who plays Logan, Sarah Sherman who plays Frankie, and surprise Daniel Radcliffe shows up in a wild voice cameo. Now one thing I liked about the movie is that it tried to focus more on guys way of figuring out life and struggling in school. Something that's not common on TV anymore. It more about girls trying to figure out their life and trying to balance school untop. I liked as this movie changed that narrative.

This movie doesn't try too hard it's humor comes from confusion, timing, ridiculous situations, not forced jokes. There’s a scene where they’re just trying to go downstairs and it feels like a boss battle in a video game. The movie also secretly tells the truth about college. It's not the dream you see online like all the parties and freedom and all, in reality, college is confusing, people pretending they’re okay, students feeling lost, pressure building quietly, and it doesn’t shout it. I could actually relate to Lizzy. She was just trying to fit in with people who don't even value her but only value her credit card. She just had to be with them just to risk not being alone. The main characters still feel alone. That’s real life. You can be in a crowd, in a class, in a group chat and still feel like “I don’t know what I’m doing.” The “drug trip” isn’t just for comedy. It represents confusion. Life hitting you all at once. Everything feeling overwhelming. The weird world they see? That’s how life can feel sometimes. Messy, Fast, Unclear. And the pizza? Stability. Something simple. Something that makes everything feel normal again.

The movie really surprised a lot of people. At first they were saying the movie looks dumb but after some few glances they were like “It’s stupid… but in a smart way”, “I laughed more than I expected”, “Why is this actually relatable?” And I agree. Let's be honest. Some people may not find the movie interesting because it may not be that perfect or it's too weird and they're not wrong. The movie is chaotic and that's the whole point of the movie.

I liked this movie more than I expected. Not because it’s perfect but because it’s honest in a weird way. It doesn’t try to be deep, serious, inspirational, but somehow it becomes all of those things anyway. If you want a normal, structured movie, skip it. If you want something chaotic, funny, and strangely real watch it. This movie to me is an 8.5/10. You can stream the movie on Hulu on Disney plus.

Privacy vs. Secrecy: Why I’m Not Posting My Man Doesn't Mean I’m Single

In the age of the "Hard Launch," I’m defending the right to keep your relationship off the timeline. There’s a thin line between privacy and secrecy, and I’m breaking down how to tell the difference. From the "Student Level" noodles to the "Nepo Baby" stir-fry version, Indomie is the unofficial national dish of every tired Nigerian. I’m celebrating the one meal that never judges our bank accounts or our laziness.
